Q: How do I download and install one of your programs?
A: Follow this procedure:
- From one of our product pages such as 3D Hand Clock located at http://www.brightbug.com/handclock.html find and click the "Download" icon.
- A new window will pop up called "File Download". There will be an "Open", "Save", and "Cancel" button. Click "Open".
- The installation program will start to download as soon as you click "Open". Once the download is complete the installation program will automatically run.
- At this point the install program will guide you through the setup process so you can start using one of our amazing products as quickly as possible.
Uninstalling
Q: How do I uninstall one of your programs?
A: Follow this procedure:
- Click "Start". A new menu will open.
- On the new menu hover over or click on "programs" on the start menu. A new menu will open up.
- Find and hover over "Bright Bug Software".
- Then hover over the type of product such as "Screen Savers".
- Hover over the product name that you wish to uninstall.
- One last new menu will open which will contain a icon and text that reads "Uninstall". Click "Uninstall" to remove the program.
- Method 2:
- Double click on "My Computer" located on your desktop. A new window will open.
- Double click on "Control Panel" in the new window. Another new window will open.
- Double click on "Add/Remove Programs".
- Select the program you wish to uninstall from the list and click uninstall.
